2) The change in the resistance value of the water temperature sensor is related to the internal circuit of the combination meter, and it is a non-linear change. The corresponding relationship between the temperature value and the output resistance value must be repeatedly verified.

3) The setting of the lower limit of the water temperature gauge should be combined with the minimum temperature of the cooling system at the start of engine operation, thereby setting the minimum temperature.

4) Design of water temperature alarm point: Take -45 ℃ coolant as an example, according to the temperature limit of engine cooling system is 118 ℃, the air conditioner cut-off temperature is 110 ℃ (individually 108 ℃), the coolant used the freezing point is -45 ℃, the boiling point is 110 ℃, and the final design is
